The main villa follows a star-shaped plan, with walls built largely in triangles contrasted by elegantly curved doorways and window arches, all crafted in rich brickwork that gives the property an earthy yet timeless feel. The entrance itself is a grand arched door featuring small lion-shaped door handles, setting the tone for the fairy-tale elegance throughout.

At the heart of the villa is a spacious atrium flooded with natural light, thanks to a patterned glass ceiling overhead. The sunlight casts beautiful shapes across the walls and floors, creating a dynamic play of shadow and brightness all day. Surrounding the atrium is a continuous corridor from which all the rooms open, circling the central space and allowing easy flow while maintaining a sense of privacy.

There are several guest rooms, each with its own balcony or terrace designed in the triangular geometric style.
